RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Size Exchange is only applicable for Normal Price items.

Defective Products are eligible for a one-to-one exchange only.

• Customers must submit an exchange request within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel.

• Approved items must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel. Returns received after 14 days will not be eligible for exchange.

• Strictly No Refund, No Return, No Exchange for all Sale items.
All products are carefully inspected and ensured in good condition before posting out.

• Customers may exchange for:
– A different size
– A different colour
– An item of the same price
– A higher-priced item (top-up required)
